What you receive in writing before you decide
Prices are not on this page on purpose: you get them per home, in writing, together with what the purchase includes. Tell us the building, the type or the unit number from the scorecard.

Ask for them with the price: they are set per purchase and come in the same written offer.

Two ownership forms in the sales documents

Referenced in the developer's sales documents for the condominium units.
- Leasehold
Also referenced; the term and the registration for your unit come in the offer.
Renting out is optional: Banyan Living, Banyan Group's rental platform, handles marketing, bookings, guest services and upkeep. No guaranteed return is offered, and we do not promise one.

One finishes schedule for both buildings
Homes are handed over fitted, not furnished; the show units are dressed with furniture.
